❚❚❚❚❚ EMOTION MANIPULATION ❚❚ PATHOKINESIS is the ability that allows Mutsuki to sense and manipulate the emotions of people around him. Possessing this power lets him take the emotions that someone might already be feeling and manipulate the intensity by either increasing, decreasing or utterly removing them from the situation for the time that his powers are in use. It could always allow him to induce totally different emotions onto someone and influence their current mood. Examples would be him resolving tension in someone by inducing a sense of calmness of alleviating sadness by inducing happiness. That said... Mutsuki could also include emotions at the opposite end of the spectrum and bring about feelings of anger, hatred, suffering of sorrow in someone just as easily. This power can, characteristically, work through mental shields since he causes actual physically changes in emotions by manipulating endorphin, adrenaline and pheromones instead of manipulating the mind. Mutsuki is still terribly, terribly new with this ability though and using it is on a subtle sort of power and anyone paying attention would likely notice the effect of the power working on them. Now the influence he creates only last as long as he is around. Once he leaves, the affected person's emotions will resurface, no longer influenced and come back out as they had been before the manipulation took place. This power is also limited to a small area (no more than twenty feet around him) and for it to actually work he has to see the person. If someone was to move out of the space of influence or come at him from behind then the power just will not work. Also, his power is at a huge disadvantage if he tries to use it on more than one person. So while he could utterly calm one person down, it would work well on a group of five and only calm them down a faction of the amount.
